Quick, efficient, professional service

Austin and Dylan worked almost all day today to make sure my well system was working properly (2.5 years old). Very little water would build up some pressure in the line and when released would pump out about 2 gallons. They worked very carefully through their own check list one step at a time and testing the water each time. They found several problems and fixed each then tested again. I am not a specialist to be able to tell the whole story but these two gentleman had my trust almost immediately. Amber water-these two men add a lot to the respectfulness and trust to your business. The people from Amber Water Pros who worked on the well water situation at my mother's home were all professional, responsive, and helpful, from the office staff to the technicians. Brendan, who came to to do the original assessment for us, was thorough and knowledgeable. Amy, who came to test the water (and worked alongside the rest of the team who had arrived separately to move an existing filter nearer to our shallow well pump and install a new one near the deep well pump) was phenomenal - incredibly knowledgeable and patient in explaining various aspects of my mother's water situation and how we could remedy it in a way affordable for her. When a few glitches came up with apparent air-locking of one pipe leading to the kitchen sink after the filter installation, Amy stayed to help and brainstorm ideas. I called four or five well/drilling/water companies trying to get someone to come in and help us, and Amber Water Pros were the only company to get back to me promptly and professionally, with flexibility to our schedule and excellent responsiveness to what we needed. They made every effort to keep costs as low as possible for my mother, while providing quality service and help. I would recommend them without hesitation.

All of the technicians are extremely knowledgeable and meticulous with their work. Chloe, our tech, arrived early and was very thorough, explained our water testing and well disinfection process and answered all of our questions.
